ABW Infrastructure to develop $219 million integrated township in India

ABW Infrastructure would invest INR10,000 million ($220 million), to develop a 105 acre integrated township, Aditya Niketan at Gurgaon in Haryana, India.
The company officials were reported stating that 2,500 units would be built in this project, which would be a flagship project. Each unit would cost between INR2 million and INR5.5 million.
The required land has already been purchased and construction work would start in the next two to three months. The company is in fact planning to expand the township to up to 250 acres.
The project would be developed in different phases and the entire township would be completed in the next five years. Funds for the project would be arranged through internal accruals and debt. Apart from residential areas, the township will house hotel, school, medical facility and commercial spaces. It will consist of two and three BHK apartments and the size will vary between 950 square feet and 1,500 square feet.
